KeyUserGroupGroup
Key 1UserGroupGroup
Key 2usergroupDefault
Key 3Table
Key 4epos
Key 5Processing Time
Valuetime

where:

time

is one of:

  • Immediate
  • At Save
  • Batch

Example

The following entries define a set of possible Processing Time entries:

UservwTableeposProcessing TimeAt Save
GroupCounterTableeposProcessing TimeImmediate
GroupMail RoomTableeposProcessing TimeBatched

Users in group Counter are serving customers, so it makes sense that the certificates should be printed as quickly as possible. Users in group Mail Room are concerned with throughput of transactions, so the overhead involved with linking and printing certificates occurs only at the end of a batch. User vw has a personal setting that overrides the group setting, whereby records are linked and certificates printed as each POS record is saved.
